How will I receive my order?

This pre-order round is being produced in the UK and there are three ways you will receive your order.

1. Arrange collection with the squad member that you know personally.

You might know someone on the squad personally. You can arrange with them to collect your order in London and bring it back with them. This arrangement does not involve shipping. Please make sure your squad friend has given you the thumbs up (and the code to save shipping).

2. Collect at the World Championships in London.

If you are going to be at Worlds, you can place your order and we'll prepare it for you to collect at Worlds. In late August you will receive an email about exactly where and when to collect your t-shirt. Roughly though, it will be at some point during the four day competition (August 29th-September 1st) and the location will be onsite at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford, UK.

3. Wait for shipment after the World Championships.

As this first round of pre-orders will be produced in the UK, we will be bringing back Australian orders with us after the competition and will prepare orders for shipment. This means you can expect it to arrive at some point in September for Australian shipping addresses. For shipments outside of Australia, please get in touch with us via the Contact page and we'll provide international shipping rates.

We understand that this is not a normal order process, so we appreciate your flexibility as we get this fundraiser off the ground. After worlds, we anticipate being able to run a second pre-order and offering a shipping option from within Australia for a flat fee.
